The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA). The 3rd Worskop for the COMESA Yellow Card Scheme at Naura Springs |Hotel Arusha -Tanzania. The workshop was organised for the pupose of enabling the COMESA Yellow Card Country coodinators to sit together and go through the COMESA Yelow Card Instruments and make ammendments there there is a necessity to do so.
